Créer en mars 2018, le Service des Relations Extérieures et de la Coopération (RECUST) de l’IST est un acteur majeur de coopération et d’échange entre l’IST et ses partenaires. Le RECUST constitue un point d’entrée privilégié pour tous ceux qui souhaitent faire une action de coopération tant national, sous régional qu’à l’international. Le service assure, le conseil, l’assistance technique et l’accompagnement des compétences disponibles au sein de l’IST. Il s’investi activement dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des politiques de relations nationales, sous régionales et internationales de l’Institution. Les activités du RECUST s’articulent autour d’un certain nombre d’axes à savoir : coopération, recherche, formation, mobilité et gouvernance
